What exactly am I buying?
A luxury residency at The Pearl of Almería. For a one-off fee of £40,000 you are guaranteed six weeks' use of a residence every year, at times you choose. You don't buy the whole property, so you avoid the full cost of owning a holiday home outright.
How do I choose my six weeks?
You book the weeks that suit you through our reservations team. The six weeks are guaranteed every year, and you can take them together or split them across the seasons. Full booking terms will be in the residency agreement.
Are there any ongoing charges?
Yes. There is a monthly maintenance charge, which covers the cleaning, repairs, upkeep and running of the residence and its shared facilities. The amount hasn't been set yet. We'll confirm it, and exactly what it includes, in writing before you commit.
How long does my residency last?
The term of the residency is set out in the residency agreement. Ask us for the full terms and we'll talk you through them.
Can I let my weeks to someone else or bring guests?
You're welcome to bring family and friends. The options for gifting or letting your weeks are explained in the residency agreement.
What facilities are included?
Residents have use of the rooftop pool and sun terrace, the rooftop bar and dome lounge, the spa with its indoor pool and treatment rooms, the fitness studio and the billiards lounge.
Where is The Pearl of Almería?
Los Lobos, in the province of Almería in south-east Spain. Desert Springs Golf Resort and the beaches of Mojácar and Vera are a short drive away. The nearest airports are Almería, with Murcia and Alicante also within reach.
Who looks after the residence when I'm not there?
We do. Cleaning, maintenance, repairs and security are all handled for you and covered by the monthly maintenance charge, so your residence is ready whenever you arrive.
